Our 30 Bbl Brewhouse |
The bottling line shows up on two flatbeds. It's a lot of parts and pieces. |
We currently operate 20 fermeners and 12 bright tanks |
The rinser and the filler are the two biggest pieces. Getting them in was quite a task. |
We bottle our beers in 22 oz bottle to be sold in the trade. |
Once the rinser was down, it had to be set down and turned so it would fit through the door. |
We produce a wide variety of beers including some very special small batches. |
Next was the filler. This thing weighs 16,000 pounds. |
Our Brewing Staff |
It was something else to see them get this thing inside. |
The compressor was the last big piece to come in. |
Our new 12 oz bottling line. It should be operational in August. |

The Pipers in the Parking lot. |
Now everything is in the warehouse. |
With all of the parts in the brewery, now the real fun begins. |
And last but not least is the electrical hook up. |
One by one each tank was brought in and set on the tiled pad. |
After being set on the pad, each tank was hoisted up and set in place. |
Tank after tank was unloaded, carried in and hoisted into place. It's more work than it look like. |
It took the better part of the day but slowly we got all of them inside and set up. |
Each one had to be set in place and lowered onto the metal feet that help level the tank. |
Some of them took a bit of good old fashion nudging to get them into place. |
Our sandwiches are filling. |
We also serve a wide variety of salads and entrees |
The deck is a great place to hang out on a sunny afternoon. |
